Reception Costs Calculator

Summary

This calculator is designed to help you compare pricing between several different reception venue options.

STEP 1: On the summary tab, enter in the number of guests at the reception and supper, as well as the number of bottles of wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks you are basing your estimates on.
STEP 2: Click on a venue option tab and enter in the cost of meals, drinks, venue hire and other items.
STEP 3: Click the 'Calculate' button and the total costs for that venue will be displayed.
STEP 4: Repeat for up to 6 venue options then come back to the summary page to see grand totals for all venue options.

You can also print your results which are displayed all in one document. Roll over the icon for more details and tips throughout the calculator.

Use the 'Recalculate' button if you need to alter numbers of guests, or budgeted amounts of beverages, after entering costs on the venue tabs.
