Avebury House

Avebury House is a two storied Victorian house set in the midst of Avebury Park, Eveleyn Couzins Ave, Richmond. The house which has been refurbished by the City Council has been set up as a community facility and is run by a Charitable Trust. The house provides an attractive low cost venue for community activities and functions. There is some car parking on site. We can supply trestle tables (2 sizes) and chairs, tablecloths,100 outdoor chairs and crockery, cutlery and water glasses for 40 people. No wine glasses are provided. We can also supply a wedding arch. All facilities included in cost. Clients do own cleanup. Noise down by 11.30p.m. House must be vacated by 12.30a.m. Security opens and shuts house with additional cost of $22.50.
