About this venue
Our delightful little church in its cameo setting was built 100 years ago in Ellesmere where it was the hub of the local community. It retains that special intimate and enfolding atmosphere of a little country church, where couples can take their vows surrounded by family and friends and then stroll down the wide main street to the replica lodge for their ‘Wedding Breakfast’ where there are modern facilities within.
Wedding parties can choose to arrive by the Wedding Tram suitably decorated for the occasion. The tram will bring the guests to the church then make a special trip for the bride and her attendants. They can make their way to the Church in the footsteps of brides and wedding parties of long ago.
If you prefer an outdoor wedding, our rose garden or Coronation Park are popular places for weddings with a difference!
