By submitting your listing you agree to the use of the listing information supplied, including imagery, throughout the Perfect Venue website and our social media channels. We will always credit your business for any images shared.

You are responsible for keeping your listing up to date, and you can do so easily by logging in and choosing “My Listings” from the user menu.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time by visiting the My Subscriptions page. You can also switch listing packages at any time from the My Subscriptions page. Any unused time on paid plans won’t be refunded for downgrades. For plan upgrades, we will pro-rate any unused time from your previous plan by extending the renewal date on your listing.

We will add your email address to our mailing list in Mailchimp, for the purposes of keeping you informed about anything affecting your listing. 

Email enquiries can be sent using the contact form on your listing from potential customers. Please add [email protected] to your safe senders list to ensure that you receive these emails. We store emails sent from these contact forms for tracking purposes.

You can request your personal data be deleted at any time by sending us an email at [email protected]
